If something did happen as a result of you being an [censored], you'd lose your shirt in the ensuing court whirlwind. This is not a threat. This is example of personal protected offered by the law.

Add to that you shouldn't make "threats" and definitely not "threats" you can't enforce and have no place in enforcing.
